Having good attendance is critical to maintaining a good reputation as a reliable worker. The better your attendance, the easier it will be for you to get the most desirable and best-paying jobs. Below are our attendance requirements:
- Good Standing: Less than 5% of shifts missed
- Probation: 5% – 10% of shifts missed
- Grounds for Termination: More than 10% of shifts missed, no-showing a shift, or canceling your first shift
Cancellation of your first shift on Spur is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.
